Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request that we permanently delete your personal information from BuddySit. Fill out the form below and we will process your request within 30 days.
What happens when you submit a request
- Your account, profile, and associated personal information will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
- Certain records may be retained where required by law — for example, financial transaction records (retained for 7 years) and signed waiver records (retained for 5 years after the related booking).
- Active or pending bookings must be resolved before your account can be fully deleted. Our team will contact you if this applies.
- Any unused purchased credits are non-refundable upon account deletion, except as required by applicable law.
